We have two membership options: The All-Access 'Lead Membership' is designed by and for women who are looking to elevate their career success. The 'Rise Membership' is digital-only and gives access to up to four high-value virtual events, talks, or workshops of your choice a year.

  • Who is The Female Forum for?
    The Female Forum is designed by and for busy and ambitious professional women aiming to amplify their career potential. Whether you're looking to build your executive presence, find your confident voice, or gain the courage to pursue new career opportunities, this network provides the inspiration, insights, and connections you need to succeed in the corporate world.
  • How do I join The Female Forum?
    You can apply to join The Female Forum by completing our application form. Each application is carefully reviewed during our periodic intakes. If accepted, you will be notified via email and will have 14 days to pay your membership fee to activate your membership.
  • What is included in the Membership?
    The membership offers you access to high-value virtual and in-person events, personal branding and speaking opportunities, curated introductions, and full access to the member directory and content archive.
  • How can I connect with other members?
    The member portal features 1:1 messaging through our member directory, making it easy to connect and collaborate with fellow members. Additionally, all our events include a round of introductions, providing another excellent opportunity to build authentic connections.
  • How can I get involved as a speaker?
    Our members are given opportunities for personal branding and can participate as speakers at our events, panels, and workshops. Contact us to express your interest and discuss potential topics.
  • How often are the events held?
    We host quarterly in-person curated member events and regular virtual talks and networking sessions throughout the year to keep you engaged and connected.
  • I am a member but I cannot book a specific event
    Most of our events are accessible online to all members, but some in-person events are reserved for those who meet the specific curation profile for that event. For example, an exclusive leadership roundtable may be tailored for C-suite executives and senior VPs to ensure focused and high-level discussions, while others are tailored to a given industry expertise.
  • What is the focus of the events?
    Our events focus on key industry trends, leadership development, and strategic networking, providing insights, collaboration, and connections to boost your professional profile and business potential. Unlike traditional DEI themes, we concentrate on business-specific topics. Gain inspiration from industry role models, share valuable insights, and build meaningful relationships through business-themed discussions and networking mixers. We also host an annual flagship event to bring our community together for broader collaboration and inspiration.
  • How can I cancel my membership?
    You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings on our member portal 'The BOLD'. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
